About this film

On a future, abandoned Earth in 2805, a solitary trash-collecting robot named WALL-E has spent hundreds of years at his job when a sleek scout robot called EVE arrives from the starship Axiom, in this 2008 Pixar film directed by Andrew Stanton. EVE realizes WALL-E has stumbled onto something that could determine the planet's future and heads back to space to report it, with WALL-E following her across the galaxy. Stanton wrote the film with Jim Reardon from a story he developed with Pete Docter.
