About this film

James Gunn writes and directs this sequel to 2016's Suicide Squad, the tenth film in the DC Extended Universe. A new lineup of convicts from Belle Reve prison, including Harley Quinn, Bloodsport, and Peacemaker, is sent by Task Force X to the island nation of Corto Maltese. Margot Robbie, Idris Elba, John Cena, and Joel Kinnaman lead the cast as the group works to destroy a giant alien starfish called Starro before it falls under the control of Corto Maltese's government.
