About this film

Christopher Nolan directs this Batman film, in which Bruce Wayne takes the blame for Harvey Dent's crimes after Dent's death, protecting the district attorney's reputation at the cost of being hunted by the Gotham City Police Department. Eight years later, Wayne is drawn back into the role by the arrival of Selina Kyle and Bane, a new terrorist leader who overwhelms Gotham's police force.
