About this film

Ratatouille (2007) is set in Paris, where a rat named Remy dreams of cooking rather than scavenging for food. Brad Bird directed the film for Pixar, working from a story originated by Jan Pinkava. Remy forms a secret partnership with Alfredo Linguini, a garbage boy at Auguste Gusteau's restaurant, guiding his cooking from hiding while dodging suspicion from the restaurant's head chef, Skinner, and the scrutiny of the food critic Anton Ego.
