About this film

Jon Favreau directs this 2010 film, the third in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, from a script by Justin Theroux. With his identity as Iron Man now public, Tony Stark refuses government demands to hand over his suit technology, even as it is slowly poisoning him, while Russian scientist Ivan Vanko builds a rival version of the armor to take revenge on the Stark family. Robert Downey Jr. stars alongside Gwyneth Paltrow, Don Cheadle, and Mickey Rourke.
